Every house, like every owner has its own character, and I can turn a photo of your home into a work of art. A hand drawn and painted pen & ink with watercolor wash (I would never use a computer to enhance a digital photo) done on velvety 300# hot press watercolor paper makes a wonderful gift for an Anniversary, Birthday, Retirement, Wedding or any extra special occasion. I generally work in one size, but will consider any special request. Unless otherwise requested, your custom artwork includes a 16" x 20" 8 ply musuem quality white mat within a 1" black, wood, architect style frame with a clear acrylic front.
Sizes and Prices are as follows: 16" x 20" Black ink on archival paper - $500. 16" x 20" Black ink with watercolor wash - $700. (image size is approximately 10" x 10")
Normal turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks, but other arrangements can often be made. Because I work from your photographs, please take photos from several different angles, some up close and some far away. Specific details should be photographed up close. The more photos you can provide, the better job I can do for you. After receipt of your photos, I will produce an initial sketch for approval at which time I ask for 30% of the total. When completed I will send a photo or pdf of the finished painting for final approval and payment of the balance. When payment is received, I will ship the artwork to you via UPS. I accept major credit cards and your personal check is welcomed.
